 dog-ear philosophie

With angry gods
And angry angels
Bearing snakes
And jesters, a
Bare breasted muse
Flows french ribbons
Above a startled man,
Whose letters are
Quite disheveled.
Etched lines of
Light rain from
A bonheur sun
Upon a scowling
Deity, whose intent
Is to loose the eyes
Of his companion.
Half hidden harps and
Candles, Twigs and
Drapery folds,
Slanted high detail with
Ripped edges and
Dog-eared corners,
Signed Helman, Sculp.,
And stained from
Aged misuse.
